Race Day Schedule (schedule subject to change)

7:30-9:30am: Parking of buses: (complete venue map coming soon!)

8:00 am: Touring Center opens (park here ONLY if you are accessing the race site via skies or snowshoes, $5 trail pass, approximately 1   mile to race course)

8:30-10:30am: Bib pick-up in tents located near start, coaches only!

9:00am: Volunteer Meetings (Course Monitors, Start and Finish Crews): Finish Area

High School Boys A Race - Waves of 10 beginning at 10:30AM

NH Coaches Series #2 Race on February 6th***


Parking: Please refer to venue map (coming soon) for designated parking lots. Team bus, van and volunteer access via entrance from Rt. 302 one mile east of the main hotel entrance. The resort will run a shuttle from remote lots to the event parking access. Proper footwear will be needed.  Carpooling is highly recommended. NO parking on Rt 302!

First Aid: Bretton Woods Ski Patrol: Call Patrol Dispatch 278-3332

NH Series Merchandise Sales: NH Buffs and old Team NH uniforms will be available for sale at the race venue.

Trail Pass Requirements: $5 trail passes for spectators out on trails will be for sale at the race venue (cash only) or at the Nordic Center (credit and cash)

Team Meeting Area: Teams must use their team bus as their meeting area

Food Concessions: Spectators and teams should be prepared with their own food. 

Restrooms: Porta-potties will be located in the start area and near the bus parking lot.

Power: There will not be any power available. Please be prepared with small generators as needed.

Race Format: Waves of 10 skiers every minute. Open Course with skiing only in direction of race

Race Course description: 5.3k Classical race. Course is moderate climb, strong double pole skiing. Course will be 10 lane start  to 5 lanes to double track after initial start phase, which begins at the far end of parking area. Start shoots out on Esker then loops back on Rye Field, out Crawfords Pass to Sebosis, then connect to Dark Forest with return to  finish in the old shooting range. MAP
