Directions: Take Route 101 into Dublin. Turn onto Dublin Road when you get to the Dublin Fire Station. Drive 1/3 of a mile until you get to William North Road and turn left. Park at end of road near buildings. Follow signs across the quad to the Shonk Recital Hall.
Event Info: This one-day clinic is open to anyone looking to improve their ski technique, and learn ways to teach others effectively. Classic and skate will be addressed. After the technique segment of the clinic, we will break into two groups to discuss age-specific coaching topics - one group for coaches of younger athletes (BKL/middle school) and one group for coaches of older athletes (HS and up).
Participants who complete this entire clinic will receive their NENSA Regional Coaches Certification, level 1. Please note: the a.m. technique portion of this clinic will satisfy the USSA L100 clinic requirement. If you have been looking for an L100 clinic, to get your USSA L100 certification completed, here is your chance! L100 participants are welcome and encouraged to stay for the for the afternoon physiology session as well.

• 11:30 Skate roller ski technique
• 12:30 Lunch Split into two groups:
1:00 PM Developing Junior Skiers: Training, Communication, and Goal Setting
1:00 BKL: Planning practices, games, physiology and development.
• 3:00 PM Approx. finish
What to bring:
-poles (skate and classic),
-roller skis (skate and classic)
-helmet (mandatory for roller skiing!)
-high visibility vest or jacket if you have one,
-and a penchant for having fun!
There is a lot of information to cover so please arrive early, ready to start the clinic at 10:00am
